I'm Waqas Baggia — a commercial real estate advisor and strategy & business development consultant. My career has been built across strategic sales, account management, revenue generation, marketing strategy, and business development, and I bring that full commercial lens to every property and growth decision I'm trusted with.

Today I work primarily in commercial real estate, with a consulting practice focused on helping mid-market companies grow — increasingly by putting AI to practical use. I'm industry-agnostic by range, but most at home in automotive and in helping owners grow through M&A.
